Dr Chris Steele described the use of electronic cigarettes and that it was an alternative to cigarettes, 'It's just like smoking but without the 4000 poisons contained in a normal cigarette'. He said it is totally legal in pubs and bars but would be under the managements discretion.
This alternative cigarette contains a nicotine cartridge which is available in three strengths including zero.
